A: Customers of searchworld can pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. In addition to payments from credit accounts, we also except VISA and MasterCard check cards.

Q: In what currency are your prices listed?
A: All prices are listed in Australian dollars. All sales made on this website are charged GST which is indicated in the shopping cart before placing your order and in the order history area of your account.

A: Yes. All ordering processes on searchworld.com.au take place on a secure server and we can assure you that your credit card details will remain confidential at all times.

Q: I forgot my account login details, what can I do?
A: All you have to do is go to https://www.searchworld.com.au/secure/password.aspx, enter your email address (the one that you have registered when you placed your order) and your password will be emailed to you.

Q: What are Tasks?
A: Tasks are a variety of reminders to help you make the best use of our services and to make your interaction with searchworld as simple and enjoyable as possible. Tasks contain reminders (for example, if your credit card has expired, or if we require certain information to fulfill your order) and notifications (such as when a service is completed, or download reports become available). Each Task is designed in such a way that you are lead straight to the relevant page of your account.

Q: Once I have read my reports as a part of a Task, am I able to view the reports again?
A: All your reports will always be available in the My Reports and My Websites section of your account management area.
My Reports sorts your reports by date. My Websites lets you view your services and their status by URL.

Q: Where can I edit my account details?
A: All you have to do is login to your account and go to My Account. Here, you are able to securely edit your personal details, email communication preferences, and credit card details.

Q: How will my ad look?
A: The ads on the right hand side of search engine results pages are in the sponsored links area and this is where your site's advertisement will also appear.

Q: What reporting do I receive?
A: Within 10 days of your order, you will receive a report which will give you the details of your advertisement text for the search engines, the keywords for which you will be found, and other relevant campaign details. From then on, you will receive a regular monthly report with detailed information about the amount of clicks you received for your keywords and the campaign optimization and maintenance work that was completed during the month.

Q: I don’t like my ad/keywords. How can I change them?
A: Please note that an experienced account manager has selected these on your behalf and even though changes are not recommended, these details can be updated on your behalf. You can do this by contacting us at any time.

Q: I don't see my advertisement anywhere
A: Your ads will be displayed as long as your monthly click budget has not been reached. You may want to try searching for some of the longer keyword phrases which have been selected by your account manager on Google/Yahoo at various times of the day to see this. If you have specified that your campaign should be geo-targeted to a particular region, you will only see the ads if you are searching from within this specified geo-targeted region.

Q: Can I choose which search engines to have my website displayed on?
A: For best results, we recommend that you focus on Google as it has the largest reach in Australia.

Q: What do the distribution options "search" and "content match" mean?
A: "Search" means that your ads will only be shown on the search engine results pages of Google and/or Yahoo!. "Content Match" means that your ads will also be displayed throughout the network of publisher sites affiliated with these search engines. While content match increases your reach, the quality of traffic may also be lower than that of search traffic. We recommend starting your advertising campaign with the "search only" option.

Q: Will I receive a constant supply of traffic?
A: Paid Search Advertising will endeavor to deliver an even flow of advertising traffic up to your specified budget limit throughout the month. We will not exceed your set click budget.

Q: Can I change my click budget at any time?
A: Yes. Since you specify a monthly budget we recommend that you do not change your budget more than once a month.

Q: Can I cancel at any time and do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
A: You may cancel at any time and there are no cancellation fees. Already paid account fees are non-refundable, any unused click balances will be used up.
