Funny how life sometimes goes full circle isn't it!

Approximately two years ago I signed up with Webfirm to spend $3,500 to have your people create a website for me... only to back out a few days later because my well intentioned friends and business associates told me I was mad to invest that sort of money in a web site. 'Do it yourself... it's really easy... and you'll save heaps' they all said.

So I bit the bullet and purchased a copy of Frontpage 2003, all of (and I mean all of) the Frontpage 'Dummies' and 'How to' guides. But my biggest problem was that I didn't really know what I wanted, or how or where to start, and my deadline was fast approaching.

Then, on July 16th I received your letter advising that Webfirm was now under your own direct ownership, and inviting me to take another look at what you might be able to do for me. Talk about fate!

I did exactly that... and wow, I am so glad that I did. Your Senior Project Manager Kim Sherratt and her team have done a marvellous job and produced for me a knockout website that achieves all of my original aims and then some. It has required almost four times the monetary investment that I originally committed to two years ago (now my friends think that I've really lost the plot!) but with two years additional 'web awareness' under my belt I can really see the value for money in what they have produced for me, and the image that my business will now present to the world.

Kim and her team had my Chief Australia website totally designed, programmed, edited, debugged and up 'live'... all with a week still to spare!

The site is getting compliments from all over, and lots of traffic... but the biggest compliment of all has come from my US based supplier... they are now talking about rebuilding their own site because they say mine puts theirs 'in the shade'.

So to Kim, Adam and Webfirm... a huge thank you!

Our first experience with a web company was a complete flop – The designer was a major international business directory and web designer and their result for relatively high costs were boring and lifeless pages that were unable to be updated without extra charges. Not a good result for such an otherwise essential marketing tool to our value and service focussed company.
